Luckily, Fox will most likely (definitely) opt to air Glee and So You Think You Can Dance instead, and The CW has already decided to go ahead with the season premiere of Top Model. But if you're really into healthcare, you can catch the speech next Wednesday night on CBS, ABC, and probably NBC, too.

Filling the void left by pregnant Ellen Pompeo and too-successful-to-prove-there's-any-justice-in-this-world Katherine Heigl, Nora Zehetner (Heroes) will join the cast of Grey's Anatomy as a new resident. The actress said she started to get nightmares after watching 14 episodes in two days as preparation. Because really, who wouldn't?

SNL will kick off its new season with a bang with a performance from musical guest U2, and host...Megan Fox? Well, that's unfortunate. Looks like we'll be watching half the show on mute.

MTV is creating Teen Mom, a spinoff of 16 and Pregnant that will follow the same girls from the original show. Ugh. Isn't this what the Life After Labor finale special was for?

In other new show news, NBC is working on a remake of the UK drama Prime Suspect, which starred Helen Mirren. Fox recently picked up a cop dramedy called Jack and Dan, which sounds like it was written by Judd Apatow but actually came from the creators of Burn Notice. And HBO ordered the pilot of Enlightened, a Mike White-directed comedy starring Laura Dern as "a self-destructive woman who has a spiritual awakening."

Yesterday Mindy reported that Megan Hauserman was getting a new reality show to replace Megan Wants a Millionaire, but according to VH1 (via Vulture), that's not actually true. And yet, somehow I don't think this is the last we'll be seeing of her.
