Brothers and Sisters is making all sorts of changes this week! The latest bit of news: Balthazar Getty may be back full-time as Tommy Walker. Gross!

Apparently, NBC is "close to naming" Jimmy Fallon as the host of the 2010 Emmy Awards. I'd personally prefer Denise from Real Housewives of Late Night, but Jimmy's cool, too.

E! has a new series coming out called What's Eating You?. The six-part documentary is about eating disorders, which, as E!'s Executive Vice President stated "is all too common in a society that can often value looks and appearance above all else." If the network really wanted to make a difference, it would remove itself from the airwaves -- or, at the very least, cancel Pretty Wild.

Congrats to guilty pleasures RuPaul's Drag Race, Untucked and L.A. Ink for picking up new seasons! You go, girls!

And finally, some casting news:
-The History Channel has chosen Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes to respectively play JFK and Jackie in its upcoming mini-series, The Kennedys. No word yet on what shoes Suri will be wearing on-set, but I'm sure 900 gossip blogs will keep us all updated.
-Matt LeBlanc's Episodes lost Thomas Haden Church and Claire Forlani, but gained both Tamsin Greig and my interest.
-Michael Ealy has joined the cast of Californication. Will he have sex with Hank Moody? Time will tell!
