If The City gets cancelled along with The Hills, we hope MTV will launch a new, similarly titled series to replace it. Our suggestions: The Marsh, The Desert, The Village, The Rock and The Airtight Bank Vault.

The City: Season 2
We don't know what we're gonna do if MTV doesn't renew this superior spin-off of The Hills. We may lock ourselves in our bedrooms for a week and cry into our pillows. Or, more likely, we'll just lock ourselves in our offices until 5 o'clock and eat snickerdoodles.

Stargate Universe SG-U: Season 1.5
While putting a Stargate aboard a spaceship certainly does seem like a redundant-yet-game-changing move for the franchise, we're still not sold on it. Now, if this was Stargate: Special Gatecrime Unit, and it had Ice-T investigating murders and kidnappings on various planets, they might be able to lure us in.

Pawn Stars: Season Two
People pawn the craziest things! Seriously, though, they really need money. Why else do you think they're selling their great-grandpappy's ball and chain from the chain gang? "You don't understand, these are dangerous people! They're going to take my thumbs!"

Red vs. Blue Season 6: Reconstruction
If you bought the first five seasons of this hilarious Halo animated series, you're probably going to want to keep going with this season, where the Reds and the Blues team up against a common foe. Just an assumption, really.

Jesse Stone: No Remorse
It must make Tom Selleck feel pretty good that his latest TV-movie is the number two best-selling DVD of the week. And anything that keeps him from doing Three Men and a Baby 3 is all right by us.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch: The Final Season
They really had no choice but to end this show. It was either that or change the title -- Sabrina had graduated college and was working for a magazine by the time the seventh season rolled around. And Sabrina the Twentysomething Witch just doesn't roll off the tongue.

Life After People: The Complete Season 2
Thinking about ending it all? Do not watch this series. Seeing how quickly Earth would recover after we're all gone only makes our piddling existences seem all the more trivial. Thanks a lot, History Channel.

The Black Arrow: The Complete Series
While a TV series about an avenging black-hooded medieval archer sounds better than anything we've ever seen on Smallville, it was made for British TV in the 1970s, which means it's the lowest of low budgets. Seek out the 2006 Italian update, La Freccia Nera, where gratuitous nudity needs no translation.

Also out this week:
Hunter: The Complete Series If this show was so popular, why hasn't it been remade with Alex O'Loughlin yet?
21 Jump Street: The Complete Series Somewhere, Jonah Hill is watching this collection and eating a big bucket of popcorn. Naked.
Agatha Christie's Poirot: The Movie Collection, Set 5 Still the best mustache on TV.
The Mothers-In-Law: The Complete Series About as popular as its sister series, DMV Employees.
G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero: The Movie Not new, but consider this your annual reminder not to buy the live-action remake.
