10. The Rockford Files
Once we'd heard that the The Rockford Files remake had ousted star Dermot Mulroney, we figured that the entire project was dead in the water. But NBC president Angela Bromstad says that they still want to breathe life into the old James Garner show, but with a new lead. That's fantastic, because the mere idea of Mulroney in the role put us to sleep.

9. Brothers & Sisters
It seems like every time we turn around there's someone else leaving Brothers & Sisters, from Rob Lowe to Emily VanCamp, but we actually were grateful for the news that Balthazar Getty, who left and then returned to the show, was finally leaving again. We've got lots of thoughts on how this might make the show more tolerable.

8. Terra Nova
We're very curious about this new time-traveling dinosaur show, but we were skeptical that it was supposed to debut in early 2011, given that we'd seen very little about it. But now the first episode has been pushed to May, and the rest of the run will air the following fall. If they're actually trying to make it to look good and hopefully make it decent, then we're glad to give them the extra months -- now we'll have something to get excited for all next summer.

7. Arrested Development
Frankly, we're still not holding our breath for the Arrested Development movie, but Mitch Hurwitz insisted during the Running Wilde panel that he was half-done with the script. At this rate, filming should begin in about seven years.

6. Modern Family
The show promises less stuntcasting in general (which we appreciate), but they did announce that Nathan Lane would be on the show as a flamboyant friend of Mitch and Cam's. At least that's stuntcasting we can get behind. They also announced that there would be, at some point, maybe in the future, if they get around to it, a gay wedding.

5. How I Met Your Mother
Last season, How I Met Your Mother totally sucked. But the powers that be seem to realize that (at least to some extent) and have decided to return to Ted's quest to find the damn mother already. Also, more Robin Sparkles.

4. The Office
This is the last season of The Office with Steve Carell, and it's only appropriate that he gets a new rival. That rival? Timothy Olyphant. Presumably, he won't be swearing nearly as much as he did on Deadwood. Or he could, but then they'd have to censor most of the episodes. We're not totally against that.

3. 30 Rock
Live from New York, it's 30 Rock! Twice! The cast of 30 Rock will be putting their show on without a safety net, once for the East Coast and once again for the West. We're sure that, at some point, someone will be laughing.

2. Glee
It's astounding. Time is fleeting. Madness takes control. The cast of Glee will be doing a Rocky Horror Picture Show-themed episode, and while we've already laid out our dream roles for everyone, we really can't express how much we'd like to see Puck in fishnets.

1. Bones
There's a Situation developing in the next season of Bones. A Jersey Shore-inspired episode hopes to feature The Situation as a murder victim, and Brennan and Booth will have to investigate the wild world of the GTL-addicted community.
