It's a damn shame, people throwing away a perfectly good robot show like that.

When Syfy greenlit a new pilot for another Battlestar Galactica spin-off, I wondered what that meant for Caprica. Well, it means that it's cancelled, that's what it means. It makes sense, since the new pilot, Blood and Chrome, ages the character of William Adama ten years so he can be a fighter pilot in space, basically implying that everything that happened up until then was kind of boring.

This Thanksgiving, why not give thanks to Michael Bay? As you await his latest Transformers movie, The Dark of the Moon (due out next summer), you can watch the new, movie-inspired cartoon, Transformers: Prime, which will premiere on Thanksgiving Day on Discovery Kids The Hub. While you're at it, you may want to thank Michael Bay for America.

The creators of Smallville are going to shoot a pilot for their new Charlie's Angels TV series. If they continue the trend of there being three angels, they're going to have to learn how to write scenes with more than two people talking to each other.

We were already excited about the return of Jon Hamm to Saturday Night Live, but now we've got word of two more returning hosts coming in June: Scarlett Johansson and Anne Hathaway. Get ready for Iron Man and Bride Wars jokes!

Monday night will see the online presentation of Conan's "Show Zero". It's either going to be a test-run episode complete with special guests, or it will deliver the code that acts as the trigger of the next zombie outbreak.

HBO has renewed Bored to Death and Eastbound & Down for third seasons! Because of course. Meanwhile, Big Love will end after the fifth season. Eh, we have Sister Wives now.

MTV is casting overweight high-schoolers for a show about kids trying to lose weight before they go to college, called I Used to Be Fat. They should also do one about those kids who change their personalities 180 degrees when they get to college, and call it, I Used to be Unpopular.

Finally, a news flash: real-life Indian call centers love Outsourced. Mostly. Apparently, the whole caste thing is being phased out. Who knew!

Does this mean TWoP is going to get over it's unconsidered and arbitrary hatred of Outsourced now?

I'm okay with SyFy canceling Caprica, but I don't understand why they felt the need to pull the remaining 4-5 episodes from the schedule and air them next year, when no on is going to care because it will have been months since they've seen an episode and the show is already canceled. Why not just air what they have and be done with it?

I agree Anne’s interpretation of Mary Poppins on SNL , is one of the all-time classic SNL sketch. She pulled-off the flawless British accent, lovely singing voice, dancing, and wonderful comedic timing.
