Fair warning, I'm kind of in a grouchy mood about Caprica's cancellation still.
While many shows try to do very special Thanksgiving episodes, most of them degenerate into a muddle of typical family feuding and melodrama. And if we wanted to see disastrous family meals, we would just tune in to Brothers & Sisters on any given week. But every few seasons, at least one great show gives a holiday episode we can be truly thankful for. Here our favorites from the recent and far past:

For the first two minutes of this show I thought I was actually going to enjoy it. I got over that idea very quickly. The opening features Brad Garret and Cheri Oteri as parents taking their son off to college. Then Brad Garret got distracted by some scantily clad coeds, hit a tree and a mannequin fell out and some weird guy came over and started talking to "Barbara" like she was a real person and I completely lost interest. So much potential, so quickly ruined.
Holy no-brainer, Batman!
Sure, carolers suck, but what if they were doing a mash-up of Lady Gaga, Bing Crosby and Madonna? Nog for everybody!
NBC is doing something awesome. I'm serious!
