Ob-la-di, ob-la-da, Life goes on... but not for very much longer.
Apparently, when it comes to Life Unexpected, not getting picked up for more episodes is not the same as getting cancelled. But it's not the opposite of getting cancelled, either -- that would be getting asked to make more episodes, which is what happened to Community. So neither show is cancelled. But only one is good.
Undercovers, a show that sucks, has been cancelled. How's that for cause and effect?
Lucky Joan Allen has joined Dustin Hoffman in HBO's horse racing drama Luck. In other, less lucky news, unlucky Cybill Shepherd will guest star on S#*! My Dad Says, playing a life coach. Physician, heal thyself!
Former Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have filed for bankruptcy, and the sad part is we still don't know if they're faking it to get another TV show.
Word on the street is that Gwyneth Paltrow will sing Cee-Lo's "Fuck You" on Glee. I'd applaud the daringness, but it will of course be sung "Forget You," which I anticipate will be even more painful to listen to than all the unnecessarily butchered lyrics in the Rocky Horror episode.
Call the service -- the Supernanny has quit.
The Jennifer Beals cop show known as Ride-Along will now be called The Chicago Code, and will debut February 7. I may be misremembering The Untouchables, but isn't the Chicago Code, "They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue"? Whoops, no, that's the Chicago Way! My bad.
And finally, Spike has found a way to make Deadliest Warrior real. We're now only two steps away from The Running Man.

Yeah Community! Good news. Sorry to hear about Supernanny. I'd have quit a long time ago, myself.
YOU KNow, you really need to fix these comments sections. It won't record my comment unless I refresh, then it tells me I've done it too many times & eventually I find that I've double posted, OR it didn't post at all. Very annoying.
Community FTW!! I love that show.
Yeah, the comments system sucks.
Not surprised about Undercovers, and you can never have too much Community.
Thank goodness for community! I keep seeing things on the web about how it might get cancelled and all this shenanigans. It's just to much of a great show to let go!
Yay for Community's Pick-up! Now can somebody over there PLEASE do a weekly wee/recap(let) of it?
Omg Yes! I've been saying this for months. I don't know how Zac Oat isn't doing it already, especially because he pushes Community at every opportunity!
Thank you for making the sincere effort to speak about this. I believe very sturdy approximately it and wish to read more. If it's OK, as you gain more in depth knowledge, may you mind adding more articles very similar to this one with more information? It would be extremely helpful and useful for me and my friends.
