Apparently, the producers of Dancing with the Stars are so freaked out about Bristol being in the finals that they are considering redoing the whole way votes are counted. They're thinking that the judges would get more of a say... since ostensibly this show is about dancing and not all about popularity. I'll believe that when I see it.

Mindy's dream is finally coming true... maybe? There's casting happening in Houston for Texas Rancher Wives. Yee-haw.

Syfy is renewing Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files, Ghost Hunters International and added episodes to the current season of Hollywood Treasures. Normally I wouldn't care about any of those shows, but given that I'm still miffed about the Caprica cancellation, I decided to mention it.

Speaking of Caprica, apparently Syfy is burning off the last five episodes in a marathon on January 4th. After the episodes are released on DVD Dec. 21. Yeah, like I'm going to wait.

It's not TV-related. It's not even made by a real studio. But, it is Friday and well, I need some cheering up. There's this cool fan-made Hunger Games short on the internet, and it's kind of awesome. Good for those kids.
