Here's today's news, delivered to you straight from our invisible plane...
NBC is picking up David E. Kelley's Wonder Woman reboot. The show will be about Diana Prince a.k.a. Wonder Woman trying to balance her life as a corporate executive and a vigilante. It must be impossible to say no to anything after you've said yes to The Cape.
And in other silly things NBC is doing, the network just bought a musical pilot from Steven Spielberg. This will be the first musical pilot made since Glee happened, but that's only because everybody else knows better.
For her newest prime time special Barbara Walters will be focusing on heart disease, interviewing celebrities who have all had to deal with the condition. And who said being interviewed by Walters isn't for the weak of heart?
Hot off of his final Countdown, Keith Olbermann is rumored to be a part of Aaron Sorkin's upcoming HBO project. While this is sure to please anyone who remembers the Bush-era as the Bartlet-era, I won't be excited until Joshua Malina is cast.
MTV is planning a UK remake of the Jersey Shore, set in Newcastle focused on Geordies. After destroying the charm of the original series with its Skins remake, MTV must want to see if it can do the same going the other direction across the Atlantic.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan, better known as Denny on Grey's Anatomy or the Comedian from Watchmen, has been cast as the central character in Starz's upcoming original series, Magic City. The show is basically a ripoff of Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire put together, but with Morgan around it might be worth watching.

I like both Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire, love JDM (btw, he was Denny on Grey's) and have been digging Starz programming lately (minus cancelling Party Down). So, I'll watch.
Screw all the haters. I'm looking forward to Wonder Woman!
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Best known as John Winchester in Supernatural! Always hope he''ll return in some sort of flashback or demon disguise.
I adore Joshua Malina! Put him in anything of Aaron Sorkin's, and I am a very happy camper. If you throw in Josh Charles too....
Oh God, they're bringing Jersey Shore to Tyneside. There's not enough face to palm.
"Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Best known as John Winchester in Supernatural!"
Thank you Sashay. With half the traffic on this site coming from SPN fans, you'd think they'd at least get that right
