Today's TWoP News: February 10, 2011

Today's news brings you a pop Jeopardy question. Tia and Tamara, Sinbad, and Gabrielle Carteris... what do they all have in common? People trying to make a comeback, Alex.

Tia and Tamara Mowry will hit The Style Network with their own reality show. Is there still a following for this perky pair? I loved Sister, Sister as much as the next TGIFer, but are they reality material? And by the way, what pact was made with the devil to keep these two from aging? They remain as perfectly youthful as they ever were. I'll only watch if Jackée Harry makes some guest appearances.

Sinbad's also getting a reality show on WE, Sinbad's Family Affair. WE's SVP John Miller goes on record, "Sinbad's story is one of second chances..." I thought that's why he was cast in Jingle All the Way? Didn't Bill Cosby even throw him a bone in the short-lived Cosby series? "Second Chance Sinbad"... I'm liking this nickname...

Remember Andrea Zuckerman from the original Beverly Hills, 90210? Well, the actress who played her, Gabrielle Carteris, has been cast as a friend of Michael Buchanan in NBC's The Event. Can we please get Jason Priestly on there and have a Brandon/Andrea love fest?

Even Conan O'Brien is all about the comeback. He will not let go of his grudge with NBC about The Tonight Show fiasco. Conan, get over it. Move on. You're on TBS now (the graveyard for all things once popular and now phased out).

Awwwww! Jack Black is set to host Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards. Obviously, Justin Bieber will be featured on the award show. Here's hoping Jack Black annoys the Bieber as much as the Bieber's been annoying us.

Way to go, CBS. The network's new pilot Persons of Interest, from creators J.J. Abrams and Jonah Nolan (co-writer, The Dark Knight), has been picked up. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this show becomes the new Lost, and when it quickly doesn't, let's destroy it!

If James Franco's wish of reviving Three's Company comes true, Jason Ritter would consider taking on his father's (John Ritter) iconic role of Jack Tripper. Can we cast Blake Lively as Chrissy and Lucy Hale as Janet? Too soon?
