It's really amazing, you would think that it would be easier to get interesting people to star in a celebrity dance competition.

This season looks to be a bit of a bland on Dancing with the Stars. Sure, there's a mix of people, from a former Hef concubine to the real karate kid, but does anyone even care about they guy from Loveline who can't even live up to Adam Carolla? I don't even think any of them are going to sleep with their partners this season.

Ever since I heard that the Community finale this season is going to be a sort of redux of "Modern Warfare" I have been kind of nervous. Luckily, some of those nerves have been assuaged with the announcement that Josh Holloway will be a guest star. I can't wait for all the nicknames he is going to give the study group, especially Britta.

Isn't the post-ironic Betty White fandom played out? Clearly TV Land doesn't think so as it has just renewed Hot in Cleveland for a third season. I guess you have to give any show another season when one of its (fictional) characters is going to be writing a column in Woman's Day magazine.

Jaime Pressly has been cast in the Fox pilot I Hate My Teenage Daughter, as a woman whose daughter seems to be kind of awful. Just because you were on My Name is Earl doesn't mean you have to keep taking these trashy roles, Jaime.

Looks like Marg Helgenberger won't last too far into the next season of CSI. Her contract is up at the end of this season, and it looks like she is about ready to move on to greener pastures. After 11 years it's hard to blame her.

Of course, we can't go a day without Charlie Sheen shooting magic from his finger tips. Seems that CBS is going to pay the Two and a Half Men crew for the last four episodes that they cut from the order, giving Sheen another win in a day he probably already thought was full of wins. Sheen also admited that he shouldn't have demanded such a crazy raise before. But this could have been after seeing Chuck Lorre's production card last night that mostly called Sheen's bluff that Lorre needed him in order to "turn [Lorre's] tin cans into gold." And for good measure, here are some more quotes from Sheen's interview with Howard Stern.
