Worst: Mary Shelley
Hey, wouldn't it be funny if the author of Frankenstein based the character of the monster on her landlord, Frank Stein? Based on this sketch, no.

Best: Underground Festival: Easter
Fake commercials for the Underground Festival never, ever get old. RIP Ass Dan.
