Our long national nightmare is over -- Mad Men will return, most likely next March, with no cuts to the cast and negligible cuts to episode run times. Also, the show will only go another three seasons with Matt Weiner. And he signed a two-year deal this time, so hopefully we won't have to do this all over again after the next season.
Mobbed was a terrible TV special, but the citizens of American watched it in droves, so now it's going to become a series. You do this to yourselves, people.
Netflix streaming added Sons of Anarchy, The Wonder Years, Glee and Ally McBeal (which I could have sworn was already there?) today, as part of their ongoing deal with Fox. So, consider your weekend as good as planned.
Because they didn't catch enough criticism, lose enough advertisers and retain few enough viewers with their Skins remake, MTV has decided to try and top themselves with a superfluous remake of the UK hit The InBetweeners. They're calling do-over on British remakes, I guess.

MTV is killing the original British series. If they remake MISFITS, I'm gonna kill them.
Oh god, I hadn't even thought of that.
Here's a message to MTV or any other network for that matter: fucking have Skins, have The InBetweeners, have Shameless, I don't care. BUT DO NOT TOUCH MISFITS. Don't even think about it.
"Our long national nightmare is over"
I think the 99% of Americans who don't watch this show are thinking "what national nightmare"? Unless by "Our" you meant the staff of TWOP...
