Who needs a produced pilot when your YouTube videos can become TV shows themselves?
The hit YouTube sensation, The Annoying Orange, will become an animated TV comedy series for six half-hour episodes. Emmy winner for Pinky and the Brain, Tom Sheppard, will write the episodes. Will it still be as funny as an animated series though? Are people really entertained solely by talking fruit now?
The Discovery Channel is adding up four new series to their line-up: Frozen Planet, Where's My Mammoth?, Penn & Teller's Secrets of the Universe and Best in the Business. I mean, she wasn't ALL bad as Scar-Jo's side kick in The Nanny Diaries... right?
Hollywood's most untalented celebrity gets his own stand up show on television now. Showtime will air Nick Cannon's first-ever stand-up special, Nick Cannon: Mr. Showbiz! You know Mariah Carey got him this gig... her and that baby glow the men fawn over now.
