We can all rest easy knowing that there won't be any more speculation as to who is going to be judging and hosting the US X Factor, and, yes, Paula is a judge. The hosts include former UK X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger and former model Steve Jones. Considering Simon hates to be in a room with anyone who looks better in a tight shirt than him, we can only assume that Jones was part of Paula's requirements for being on the show.

It's also finally official that Meredith Vieira is leaving the Today Show. Sure we knew this was coming, but it still hit us just as hard as if we hadn't expected it. That is, we're hit with annoyance that we are going to have to spend a whole month of Vieira retrospectives every morning.

You aren't really a reality TV star any more until you have at least two reality TV series under your belt. Bristol Palin must have realized this, because she just got the Biography Channel to pick up a series set around her making a life for herself and her daughter in southern California. This is going to be what we can only wish the next season of Secret Life could be.

Like TV Land, Nick At Nite is branching out into original sitcoms, starting with a series starring Scott Baio. I guess the syndication fees for Charles in Charge were too high.

In a sad attempt at stunt casting, Bill O'Reilly will be guest 'starring' as a murder suspect next season on Rizzoli & Isles. Does anyone at this show know how to promote a TV show?
