Who better to act as the study group's new rival than Walter Sobchak himself?

John Goodman is joining Community next season for six episodes as the new vice dean of Greendale's air conditioning program. Knowing Dan Harmon, a Big Lebowski-themed episode is on its way (or at least a couple of bowling jokes).

Odette Annable is joining House this fall as a series regular. Another beautiful woman that will be inexplicably attracted to House even though he humiliates and degrades her endlessly. Super!

Syfy's Eureka is getting animated this December with a holiday installment that will feature the voices of Jim Parsons, Edward James Olmos, and Chris Parnell. Jim Parsons and Chris Parnell on the same show? I am there. And you should be, too.

Entourage's Rex Lee has joined the cast of ABC's Suburgatory. Since Rex Lee equals Lloyd in my mind, I am very happy for him. I feel like he has finally escaped Ari's grasp and found a good job where no one will make fun of his race or sexuality. You're free, Lloyd! Rejoice!

TLC has announced a few changes for What Not to Wear, which returns August 16th at 9 p.m. for its ninth season -- a renovated studio, a new 360 mirror, celebrity guests and follow-up interviews. I've missed this show! I've missed the one grey streak in Stacy's hair and the way Clint verbally abuses the clients. Welcome back, you two.

Melissa George has joined the cast of Bag of Bones. Melissa George, if only you didn't marry Michael Vaughn and almost ruin everything. I might actually like you today! But Alias fans don't forget...

ESPN has ordered the high school makeover show Rise Up to series. And apparently Kenny Chesney is writing the theme song. (Of course.)

It's Tubey Time! Make sure that your favorite shows, actors, reality stars and characters get the recognition they deserve by voting in our annual Tubey awards. It's where fans have total control over what rates as the best and worst of the past year in a variety of categories. Vote now!

I don't mind beautiful women on House, I just want them to be interesting. My former roommate suggested Emily Blunt for a new cast member and I couldn't agree more.

"But Alias fans don't forget..."

It's so true. Everytime I see her face/name, I'm reminded of how she ruined Alias.

You completed a number of nice points there. I did a search on the theme and found the majority of people will agree with your blog.
