It might be the strangest casting mash-up of two TV shows ever...

Teen Mom and Charlie's Angels. Whaaa? Here's what happened: Teen Mom star/Professional Horrible Person Farrah Abraham tweeted earlier today that she has been cast in a role on the new Charlie's Angels TV series. It's half-true, so far -- ABC has confirmed that she did apply but have not yet confirmed that she booked a part. I suppose acting was the next step for a talentless reality star with a website and book deal already under her belt.

Huge Game of Thrones casting news: Melisandre will be played by Dutch actress Carice van Houten, and Stannis Baratheon will be played by British actor Stephen Dillane. Both not incredibly well-known on these shores, but still, both very good choices.

The hot reality TV mess that is this season of Bachelor Pad continues. Just-kicked off Bachelorette contestant Ames Brown has been revealed as the final Bachelor Pad contestant. (Ugh. I thought we were finally rid of him.) The show has also announced its premiere episode will be three hours long. So if you enjoy losing brain cells, be sure to watch!

News I'm okay with, since I just want to find out who the freakin' mother is already: How I Met Your Mother is still planning to end on Season 8. News I'm devastated by, even though it was inevitable: Vince Gilligan is standing by his statement that Breaking Bad will end after Season 5.

Dexter's David Ramsey has joined Blue Bloods -- he will play newly elected Mayor Carter Poole. I'm going to say his back is probably safe from being skinned on a show like Blue Bloods, so good for him.

Amazing and totally unexpected -- iCarly seems to have parodied The Wire in January 2010, and it's just getting traction now. How my hair look?

The Smoke Monster returns! Lost's Titus Welliver has joined the cast of the FX pilot Powers.

Helen Mirren has replaced Bette Midler in HBO's Phil Spector telefilm as D.A. Linda Kenney Baden. Midler had to bow out due to a herniated disc that might require surgery. The Queen for the win! Now I'm actually going to watch this thing.

It's Tubey Time! Make sure that your favorite shows, actors, reality stars and characters get the recognition they deserve by voting in our annual Tubey awards. It's where fans have total control over what rates as the best and worst of the past year in a variety of categories. Vote now!

Hey, Ames was waaay too good for Assley. I can't even figure out why he would debase himself on B-Pad. Not like he needs the money...

Admittedly, I had my hopes up after the suggestion that Christopher Eccleston get the nod for Stannis Baratheon. At least I know he's bad ass.

Carice Van Houten was PHENOMENAL in Blackbook (Zwartboek in VO). Really oustanding.
