So a coach and a long-haired hippie walk onto a reality show...

And the two Survivor veterans returning for Survivor: South Pacific are... Coach and Ozzy. Personally, we were rooting for a Coach/Phillip pairing, but this is entirely acceptable. This will be the third time both players have attempted to outwit, outplay and outlast the competition and, based on past performance, the agile, likable Ozzy seems to have the best chance to go all the way, Boston Rob style. But in terms of sheer entertainment value, Coach is hard to beat.

With McKinley High in his rear-view mirror, Chord Overstreet has booked a guest spot on the ABC sitcom The Middle as an overeager elementary school teacher. Let's hope he doesn't force the kids to awkwardly sing and dance along to "Don't Stop." Once was enough.

In a surprise move, FOX has decided to renew the Christian Slater sitcom Breaking In after originally leaving it off their Fall schedule. 13 new episodes have been ordered for a probable midseason debut. Clearly the network is readying a contingency plan lest one or all of its new fall comedies fail. Our bet for the first show to get the axe? I Hate My Teenage Daughter.

After pint-sized ex-Mad Men actor Jared Gilmore insulted his onscreen mom January Jones in print, John Slattery goes to bat for his co-star, calling her a "sweetheart" and insinuating that the kid confused the character with the actress. (Be honest -- haven't we all?)

Game of Thrones casts another major Season 2 role. Patrick Malahide has signed on to play Balon Greyjoy, father of Theon and also-new-to-the-series sister Asha and ruler of the Iron Islands. Another big character down, approximately 1,234,000 to go.

Because Heroes will forever try to be Lost, it's having a mini-reunion this Fall. Greg Grunberg will guest star on Hawaii Five-O opposite former colleague (and now Five-O regular) Masi Oka.

Isaiah Mustafa (aka the Old Spice guy) will continue his post-Chuck acting stint with a recurring role on Charlie's Angels. Is there no one this show won't try to pander to?

Dwayne Johnson is clearly not afraid of returning to his Rock-y roots, as he and Jerry Bruckheimer are executive producing an hour-long NBC drama set in the world of '80s wrestling... unless this whole piece of news is actually fictionalized, in which case we won't find out until a few years from now when we go to a live match only to discover our favorite thing on TV is a lie. We'll see.
