Megan Mullally became a series regular in Fox's Breaking In -- the show that was canceled after its first season in May, only to be picked up again for midseason in August -- as the new boss lady at Contra Security. The series will also be changing its format, with less emphasis on the security missions and more on interactions in the workplace. You probably don't want to try that, Fox, considering NBC's abysmal ratings as of late.

Gary Busey, who was recently a counselor on Celebrity Rehab, will guest star on Two and a Half Men as himself, a patient Alan has to share a room with in a mental facility after Alan begins to believe he is Charlie Harper. I'm guessing Jake will briefly appear in the episode, too, but only to fart.

The man who forced Trouty Mouth to leave McKinley is joining the show. John Schneider (The Dukes of Hazzard) will play Sam's father in this season's eighth episode. So, when are we meeting Rachel's dads, Ryan Murphy?

Nathan Lane will star in and exec produce a USA pilot about a struggling actor who has to put his Broadway dreams on hold to care for his sick father in Texas. Cheyenne Jackson will join Lane as a Texan doctor, while Ken Jenkins will play Lane's father. Hopefully this will do better than Lane's previous attempts at his own shows, Encore! Encore! and Charlie Lawrence.

If you're sick of hearing Ted talk to his kids on How I Met Your Mother, now you have another reason to groan: The show is casting Robin's kids, so Future Robin can bore them to death the same way Future Ted does. (One of them is blonde, however... Barney?)

Harold and Kumar are going to television. Lionsgate is shopping an animated series about the perpetually stoned duo. At least this is a little more relevant than Napoleon Dynamite becoming a cartoon. (Although it sadly won't have the cool 3D effects the new H&K movie does.)

ABC is developing an English remake of the telenovela Soy Tu Dueña, with Eva Longoria producing. Hopefully it doesn't follow Ugly Betty's path from an awesome remake season one to too much going on season two and just downright weird seasons three and four.

Are musicals going to be the new mockumentaries? The CW bought Danny Hollywood, a musical about a time-traveling filmmaker who tries to save '90s musical idol Danny Hollywood, which is based off an Israeli series of the same name. Similarly, David Javerbaum, the co-writer of Neil Patrick Harris's awesome Tony Awards opening number is developing a musical workplace sitcom for CBS. Let's just blame it all on Glee.

ABC has pulled out of funding the upcoming miniseries Top of the Lake because the lead, Elizabeth Moss, isn't Australian. Crikey!
