'Tis the season for repeat hosts.

Following last week's announcement Billy Crystal will host the Oscars for the ninth time, it was announced yesterday that Ricky Gervais will indeed be hosting the Golden Globes for the third time in January, despite offending virtually everyone last year. Start preparing yourself to hear Gervais talk about it for the next 11 months now.

Ugly Betty's Becki Newton will recur on How I Met Your Mother beginning in January as Quinn, a love interest for Barney. Guess that was really it for Robin and Barney. Eh.

Greg Kinnear is making the switch from the Kennedy family to Modern Family. Kinnear was cast as Ted, Phil's new business partner, a successful and athletic real estate broker. Phil's super impressed by Ted, and I probably will be, too.

Nora Dunn will guest star on the upcoming Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 as June's (Dreama Walker) boss, who "sleeps standing up, like a cow." Better not tip her over, June, or you'll lose your internship!

Real magic is coming to Waverly Place tomorrow night. David Copperfield will guest star on Wizards of Waverly Place as himself, who gets zapped into the obviously-fake set after Harper turns into Cinderella and magical things begin happening. Or is it all an illusion?

Wendi McLendon-Covey is everywhere lately! Following her role in Bridesmaids, she's appearing on TBS's upcoming The Wedding Band, and now guest starring on Hot in Cleveland as a nurse who discovers Melanie is dating a kicker from the Cleveland Browns.

Steve Buscemi will host Saturday Night Live on December 3 for the first time since 1998 with musical guests The Black Keys. Hopefully the writers can figure out how to work "Chicks with Steve Buscemeyes" into a sketch.

Betty White is turning 90! To celebrate the big day, NBC will air a birthday special based on a dinner event honoring the golden girl in January 2012. Hey Betty, can we get some invites to your dinner?

NBC ordered a pilot for Brian Fuller's reboot of The Munsters. Fuller's pilot is going to have some notable changes, however: the show will be an hour-long series about how the monster house came to be and much darker, without the black-and-white camp. Might as well just give the show another title, Fuller.

I thought Gervais was awesome at the GG last year, and his hosting again means I will actually sit through all that drivel just to see him shred some celebrities. Hooray for me!!

Why are TWoP writers always complaining that Ricky Gervais keeps talking about the Golden Globes? People keep ASKING him about it. What's more, people like you keep writing about it.

The student’s naatinol reading standing based on theTerraNova, a naatinolly norm-referenced achievement testAs part of the comprehensive assessment system, your Grade 3-10 student also should have participated in a second reading assessment during the spring window. This assessment was a norm-referenced assessment – the adaptive version of the TerraNovaAchievement Test published by CTB/McGraw-Hill Publishers.Student scores on the TerraNova component provide a basis for educators, parents, and students to compare Delaware student performance with the performance of a representative sample of students across the nation who have also participated in the TerraNova testing program. This score is presented on the graphic as a percentile rank. A percentile rank is a way of looking at how well the student performed on the TerraNova reading test relative to students tested at the same grade level in the naatinol norms. Percentile rank gives you information as to what percentage of students in the same grade in the norm study scored higher or lower than the student. For example, if the student had a reading percentile rank of 91, it means that 91 percent of the students in the naatinol norms scored below the student and only 9 percent scored at or higher than the student’s score. If the student had a reading percentile rank of 54, it means that 54 percent of the students in the naatinol norms scored below the student and that 46 percent scored at or higher than the student’s score. If the student had a percentile rank of 29, it means that 29 percent of students in the naatinol norms scored below the student and that 71 percent scored at or higher than the student’s score. In some cases a student might seem to score higher or lower on the TerraNova reading test than on the DCAS reading test. It must be kept in mind that a student’s TerraNova percentile rank score cannot be directly compared to the relative scale position of the DCAS reading test score. There are several reasons why these scores are noncomparable:• The TerraNova reading test was not specifically written to the Delaware reading content standards as the DCAS is.• The TerraNova reading test is entirely comprised of multiple-choice items. The DCAS has some machine scored constructed response items, but is also mostly multiple choice.• The cognitive demand of DCAS items is higher; therefore, the two tests measure different aspects of reading and their results cannot be directly compared.• The score for the DCAS reading test is based on a larger number of test items than the score for the TerraNova reading test. This means that the DCAS reading test samples a larger portion of the student’s reading skills as defined by the English language arts content standards than does the TerraNova.

I cane28099t reconcile with anonye who voted for that war, GOP or Democrat. We were lied to, mislead, and it was so obvious that only the most absolutely nac3afve person could have thought otherwise. Watching Colin Powell present the administratione28099s case before the UN was an embarrassment. I credit Representative Frelinghuysen for his candor and his responsivenesse28094not his politics. Cherry-picking has reached new levels during the internet age. Ite28099s easy to do, may scare some, but savvy people know when ite28099s being foisted on them.
