The second season may have not started yet, but Spartacus isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Starz renewed Spartacus for a third season, prior to its season two premiere in January. Starz did the same before Season One of Spartacus and, more recently, with Kelsey Grammer's Boss. NBC better not get any ideas with Whitney.
Former Confederate soldiers are doing better than spies these days. The Peacock's Chuck is officially the lowest-rated show on the Big Four, while things are pretty good over at AMC -- Hell on Wheels was the network's second highest-rated series premiere (just after this season's The Walking Dead debut), with 4.4 million viewers. Maybe Cullen Bohannon can win against zombies in the future, who knows?!
Wilmer Valderrama will guest star on Suburgatory as Yoni, the town's new age guru, who is popular with the moms and "great in bed," according to series creator Emily Kapnek. Ew, Chatswin moms, what are you all thinking?!
Mimi Rogers will play Ashton Kutcher's mom, who is a noted primatologist, on at least two episodes of Two and a Half Men. Hopefully she can use her studies to keep her son in check.
Oscar winner Joel Grey -- who is currently starring in the revival of Anything Goes -- will be guest starring on Nurse Jackie as a patient in Season 4. Considering his last few television guest appearances have been on House, Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy (and Brothers and Sisters as Dr. Jude Bar-Shalom), this isn't a surprise. So, when will he be on A Gifted Man?
Brian Fuller (Pushing Daisies) might have not one, but two reboots in NBC's future. NBC bought Hannibal, a series about everyone's favorite cannibal, Hannibal Lecter, which Fuller is writing and executive producing. Fuller has also developed a reboot of The Munsters, which NBC may give a series order to this week. Someone's certainly got a thing for monsters. (And reboots, for that matter).
Lost writer Brian K. Vaughan will adapt Stephen King's Under the Dome for Showtime. The thriller focuses on the locals of a Miami vacation spot who struggle to co-exist after a force field surrounds their town and cuts them off from the rest of the world. Hopefully Vaughan comes up with a better ending that we will be waiting years in suspense for.
Jennie Garth will be starring in and executive producing Village People, an ABC comedy about a single career woman who adopts a baby from a teen mother and ends up caring for her as well. If Amanda Bynes isn't opposite Jennie Garth (she looks young enough!) I'm not watching.
19 Kids and Counting's Michelle Duggar announced she is expecting her 20th child. Are there even any names beginning with the letter "J" left? (Except for "Jesus", natch.)
