Some old faces will be returning to Seattle Grace... Sort of.

Kate Walsh, Kate Burton, and other currently-nameless actors of Grey's Anatomy seasons past will guest star in an episode in February 2012. The twist? The entire episode is set in an alternate reality, to show us the big "what if", which is, of course: Is it even possible that this show could have turned out worse?

Bo Derek will guest star on CSI: Miami as a "well-preserved" (that totally makes it sound like she was frozen) mother that runs a horse stable where, of course, a murder was committed. In the following episode, Raquel Welch will play the mother of Diego Navarro.

Dean Winters (better known as Dennis Duffy on 30 Rock, or the guy from those annoying Allstate commercials) will play Will Arnett's brother on Up All Night. Hopefully he's gotten out of the beeper business.

Clark Duke (Kick-Ass, Hot Tub Time Machine) will guest star on New Girl as Cliff, an intern who works for Julia (Lizzy Caplan), Nick's newest love interest, and is inspired by Nick to quit his internship to become a lawyer, because quitting is always the logical thing to do.

Denise Vasi (All My Children) will star on VH1's Single Ladies as Raquel, a close friend of Keisha's. Well, it's a step up from AMC...

Madonna will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis February 5. The performance won't be all Madge, though -- it will be "imagined" by Cirque du Soleil. At long as it isn't a repeat of this year's Black Eyed Peas Tron-wannabe disaster, we're good.

The CW is developing Poseurs, a pilot about a woman (played by Sara Rue) who marries her female friend in order to keep her fancy NYC apartment, which doesn't allow roommates... since everyone liked I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry so much, right?

CBS changed the title of Rob Schneider's new sitcom, ¡Rob! to Rob, without the ridiculous exclamation points. (Unfortunately, ads may still say ¡Rob!. You win some, you lose some.) The Eye also changed the title of the new series The 2-2 to something that sounds less like what a ballerina wears and more like the name of a cop drama, NYC 22.

Okay, so TWoP is the ONLY place I've heard anyone criticize the Allstate Mayhem ads. I thought they were universally liked.

9 out of 10 TWOP mods prefer Flo to Mayhem. I think it's the lacquered hair.

Dean Winters = Ryan O'Reily from OZ, the TV show that was recapped on this very website for years. Does none of the current regime even realize where they work?!

Those commercials are awesome and if they can't remember Dean Winters baring it all and being the sexiest schemer to ever work the system in Oz then what hope is there for this site I had loved?

Wow, relax, people. I remember Dean Winters best as Ryan O'Reilly too, but they can't list all of an actor's credits. And yeah, I find those commercials annoying.

Also - Sara Rue, really? Why not have a show about a real gay marriage? It would be much more interesting and relevant.
