The return of Bad Girls Club and The Challenge made our lives easy this week.
Bonnie (Toddlers & Tiaras)
Usually it is the overbearing parents who get under our skin on this show, but this time it was the pageant director. She seemed proud of the fact that her pageant wasn't for poor people (saying that dresses cost several thousand dollars and so if you can't keep up, don't bother) or for fat kids (because there is no room for chubby on stage) or ugly people (it's a beauty pageant). It's not that those things aren't true, but her blatant dismissal of all things not fake and glitzy was a bit appalling.
Cathy (Dance Moms)
She's not even a regular part of this show anymore, and yet she's still the worst thing about it. Abby was a nightmare by yelling at a mother for letting her daughter try out for cheerleading, but at least she tried to be positive about the Candy Apples' big loss, and congratulated Cathy for her efforts. Cathy wasn't having it, got all uppity about the bee costume and then laid into Christi for no real reason. Her most memorable insult: "The dog pound is calling... move along. Get out of my face. Your Payless shoes need to walk out of here."
Wes (The Challenge)
Someone hasn't learned any social skills in between seasons. He got himself (and his partner Mandi) tossed into the very first elimination round because he just couldn't keep his mouth shut. He had to go off about some nonsense, and then skulk around the house bullying anyone who tried to speak to his partner. She's his ex for a reason -- let's hope she has the sense to keep it that way.
Corey (Teen Mom 2)
On an episode that featured a screaming Jenelle getting into a brawl with her roommate Tori, and more about Jo not wanting to pay child support for his kid because his ex is "lazy," Corey still came out the big loser of the week. The father of two decided it was more important to get himself a new truck (the one he had was a whole four months old) than to put his family in a house with a functional bathtub.
Gia (The Bad Girls Club)
Now here's what we call a hot mess (and the reason we watch this show). In her first day in the house, she spit at someone, puked on someone and made fun of people who didn't have designer clothing. And did we mention she did all of this while wearing a bikini as an "outfit." And she kept falling out of it. The epitome of class, this one.
Winner: Cathy
She really had no reason to start with Christi, who had the nerve to suggest that maybe you'd want to keep your kids' costumes for memories (especially if you didn't pay for them) instead of donating them to Goodwill. She then picked on Christi's "disco ball shirt" and struck a low blow with "By the way, Christi, Whoville called and they want your nose back." And to top it all off, she pushed Christi -- all in front of children.
