Big Brother's dreaded Brenchel (Rachel and Brendon) were officially crowned the newest castmates to the next season of The Amazing Race, which airs February 19. The couple will be competing against sets of twins, dating divorcees and, my personal favorite, a pair of clowns. So if you were wondering if this show could get worse, there you have it.

British music messiah Simon Cowell is teaming up with Will and Jada-Pinkett Smith to produce a new show geared towards up and coming DJ's. And speaking of the Cowell Empire: It looks like Steve Jones won't be back next season on X Factor.

ABC is stepping up the plate (or stepping down, really), demanding a pilot of Beauty and the Beast be released on its channel only a week after The CW did the same.

What's more, The CW is trying to go ABC on our asses with a medical drama called First Cut, about a doctor just trying to make it in the big world of medicine only to find that it's no different than the catty world of high school. To me, it kind of sounds like a girly version of Scrubs... or just another Hart of Dixie. I'd take either, really.

Star Jones will once again be making an appearance at her old home when she returns to The View on February 22. Since her falling out with host Barbara Walters, Jones has yet to back on stage with her fellow cronies and co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Lastly, in the most adorable news ever!: Big congrats to Community star and new father, Danny Pudi, who just welcomed his twins into the world. Evil James Timothy and Evil Fiona Leigh!
