"Brilliant But Cancelled" doesn't even begin to cover it.

TLC's All-American Muslim will not return for a second season due to low ratings. The show caused controversy after Lowe's pulled its endorsements in December because of criticism that the show had a "hidden agenda." I guess this means all will be well and good, and TLC can go back to focusing on showcasing three-year-olds wearing thongs.

Also in cancellation news, the original UK version of Skins has been canned after seven seasons. Is there any chance at all there could be a spin-off? Shirts possibly? If it has the same production team, it can't do that bad.

MTV has announced the launch of its new late night show, MTV's Hip-Hop POV. The series, set to air on April 11 at midnight, will feature celebrities' commentaries on hip-hop music with a live performance. Is this MTV's answer to the revival of Pop-Up Video? It won't be as good, I already know it. Nothing beats random facts about "Who Let The Dogs Out?" at 1:00 AM.

Here's some exciting news, Parks and Recreation fans: Tuesday, executive producer Mike Schur announced we'll will find out the results of the election at the end of this season. There's also two alternative endings for the season finale being shot in order to avoid spoilers.

And, in news that will make '90s kids happier than winning the Physical Challenge, Nickelodeon is set to bring back the game show Figure It Out for 40 new episodes, set to air later this year. I hope they get Danny Tamberelli to return as a guest judge. On my list of really cool gingers, he's on the top; under Simon Pegg, naturally.

Mark Wahlberg is producing a pilot for an unscripted project at A&E titled Teamsters, which follows the men of the Teamsters Local 25 in Boston. With all these new pilots coming out centering around Boston, I have to wonder if Massachusetts is the new New Jersey.

That '70s Show Actor Francis Guinan has been cast in Mike & Molly to play Mike's dad who abandoned him long ago, showing up right before the couple's big wedding.

Keri Russell signed on to star in FX's period drama pilot The Americans. The show centers on two KGB spies in the 1980's posing as Americans in Washington, DC. Keri will play the woman spy in the duo. Her opposite has not been cast yet.

And finally, ER's Anthony Edwards has signed on as the lead in ABC's drama pilot Zero Hour. The show will center on Modern Skeptics Magazine editor Hank Foley and his mission to find his kidnapped wife. I'm a little skeptical. [Rimshot]
