If you thought you were the only one who didn't tune in for the 66th Annual Tony Awards, it turns out that no one else checked them out, either.
Sunday night's award show, which aired on CBS, was the lowest rated Tony Awards to air, down a whopping 17 percent from last year. Instead of suffering through a DVR recording of the entire boring mess, check out the best and the worst moments and fashions from the show instead.
CBS isn't the only one getting bad news this week. Scandal's Henry Ian Cusick won't be picked up for the show's second season. Cusick and creator Shonda Rhimes are reportedly parting on good terms.
Alexandra Krosney, who portrayed Tim Allen's character's eldest daughter Vanessa on Last Man Standing has been let go from the show for "creative reasons." Since the role is being recast, we're thinking that this is definitely not a case of parting on good terms.
Confusingly/awesomely, Hellcats actress Ashley Tisdale has just booked a two-episode arc on Sons of Anarchy where she will portray a high-priced escort. Now we just have to wait for the parents of Disney Channel adoring tweens to cry in outrage over the casting choice.
Showtime has ordered two new series, Ray Donovan and Master's of Sex. Ray Donovan will star Liev Schreiber as a Los Angeles based "professional troubleshooter" who can make anyone's problems disappear but has his own struggles at home. Master's of Sex will be based on the lives of and relationship between 1960's sexual pioneers William Masters (Michael Sheen) and Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan).
Riding off of the success of Pawn Stars, new reality show from former boy-bander Lance Bass will have celebrities auction off their possessions for charity. The show, entitled Celebrity Sellouts, will air on Lifetime.
Joy Behar is headed to Current TV for a hosting gig starting in September. The show will air at 6 PM Monday-Thursday.
If you thought that you'd never have to see a Hatfields & McCoy reality show, well, you'd be wrong. History Channel's miniseries has proven so popular that producers are seeking descendants of both families to be the cast of a new reality show. Haven't we seen enough modern-day feuds with the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey?
Fans of the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand are being asked to help finish the documentary about the former star of the series Andy Whitfield, who died of non-Hodgkin lymphoma at the age of 39. If you're interested, you can donate to the cause through Kickstarter in hopes that the film will eventually get picked up for distribution.
Sadly, Green Acres actor Frank Cady died at age 96 this week. Cady portrayed the general store manager Sam Drucker, a role which he reprised on sitcoms like The Beverly Hillbillies and Petticoat Junction.
