Fox bought a half-hour comedy starring sisters and former Disney stars Aly and AJ Michalka. With a list of such successful past projects as Cow Belles, Super Sweet 16: The Movie and Hellcats, the new show will clearly be an enormous hit.

CNN has picked up a new series called Inside Man starring Morgan Spurlock of Super Size Me fame. Set to air on weekends, we're guessing the new show will feature Spurlock making America feel very guilty about something.

Netflix announced that the new season (still so excited!) of Arrested Development will premiere next spring. Until then, we'll just busy ourselves by re-watching the first three seasons... again.

After leaving to star in the first season of the dreadful Whitney, Maulik Pancholy will return to 30 Rock this year and reprise his role as Jack's assistant, Jonathan. Maybe the rest of the cast of Whitney will just start to leave one by one...

Lindsay Sloane of Weeds will guest star on Fox's new comedy Ben and Kate as Ben's ex-girlfriend. In case you're having trouble differentiating between all of the new shows centered around people raising children, Ben and Kate is the one starring Dakota Johnson.

Alanis Morissette revealed that she has discussed and is open to the possibility of joining American Idol as a judge. Although she may not fit in too well with Mariah Carey, at least this makes more sense than the recent Nicki Minaj rumors.
