Hell hath no fury like an angry former child actor who hates his own show.

So yeah... this happened yesterday. Next season is going to open with Jon Cryer attending his son's funeral, right? Hey, Angus -- we hear FX's Anger Management may be hiring...

Downton Abbey mastermind Julian Fellowes is bringing his period soap skills stateside. NBC has hired Fellowes to develop The Gilded Age, a primetime drama following the rich and powerful in 1880s New York. Is one of them named Trump?

In news that will almost certainly excite your parents, Martin Short will host the December 15 episode of Saturday Night Live, with Paul McCartney serving as musical guest. How does one explain the appeal of Ed Grimley to kids today anyway?

Roseanne Barr has joined the long list of famous folks who will be guest-starring on Season 3 of Portlandia. Other notable cameos will include Juliette Lewis, Rose Byrne, Martina Navratilova and George Wendt.

Speaking of sketch comedy shows entering their third seasons, Comedy Central has announced that Key & Peele has been picked up for its junior year. That's news that would even make Obama's anger translator, Luther, smile.

Our favorite fake-Brit David Anders (a.k.a. Sark from Alias) has scored a guest spot on The CW hit Arrow as ex-con Cyrus Vanch, who takes on Starling City's new vigilante protector. Here's hoping he's still got a few leftover Rambaldi devices on hand.

Because all good things eventually come to an end, Wyatt Cenac is departing The Daily Show at the end of the year. There is a silver lining, though: Stewart's onscreen frenemy Stephen Colbert could finally add another black friend to his rolodex.

Finally, Danielle "Topanga" Fishel revealed on her Tumblr page that she and Ben Savage had officially signed on to the Disney Channel's planned Boy Meets World sequel, Girl Meets World. Great! Now a whole new generation can be taught a series of retroactively disturbing lessons.
