The producers of Ugly Betty are developing Bastards, a show about a Cuban-American family that finds out their father has a secret lovechild. So it's Brothers & Sisters with a Latino family?

Vince Vaughn is producing a reality series GBTV, Glenn Beck's TV channel, about aspiring documentary filmmakers. This is possibly the most bizarre news ever, but kudos to Vaughn for fighting his way back to relevancy.

TLC will air the special William and Kate: A Royal Baby Story. Only TLC could fill an entire special without any information whatsoever.

In casting news, former Everwood star Treat Williams was cast in a multi-episode role on Chicago Fire. 24's Gregory Itzin will guest star on Once Upon A Time and Mary Grill will join The Mindy Project in a recurring role.

There will be even more changes on Up All Night as Linda Wallem, who worked on Nurse Jackie, will replace second showrunner Tucker Cawley. When you're on your third showrunner in less than two seasons, it's probably not a good sign.
