Joining the ranks of Breaking Bad actors looking to move on to other gigs, Bryan Cranston has signed a first look development deal with Sony Pictures Television. We know... we don't like being reminded that Breaking Bad is really ending this year either.

Parks and Recreation doesn't seem to be going anywhere (at least, not as far as we know), but Rashida Jones and her creative partner Will McCormick aren't taking any chances, agreeing to a development deal with Warner Bros. Television. Too bad Andy Samberg already has a show or they could turn their indie drama Celeste and Jesse Forever into an ongoing series that could run... well, forever.

HBO is sticking in the Lena Dunham business. In addition to renewing Girls for a third season, the network has enlisted Dunham and Girls co-showrunner Jenni Konner to develop another comedy series based on the life of Betty Halbreich, Bergdof Goodman's celebrated personal shopper. Great! Another series where the articles about the show will outnumber its total viewers.

In guest star casting news, Raising Hope's Kate Micucci will make the leap to the CBS hit The Big Bang Theory as a girlfriend for Raj. And in tween show news, Saturday Night Live vet Cheri Oteri is stopping by Disney Channel's Jessie to appeal to a demographic that was likely in utero (or close to it) when she was on SNL.

Roseanne Barr is giving series television another try striking a deal with NBC to develop a new show starring herself and a co-star to be named later. Chances are good that it won't be John Goodman.
