I am a sucker for Canadian TV programming. I am also a sucker for shows/books and movies about bio-terrorism. So a show that combines both is bound to be incredible, right? This series (now available on Hulu, which is what led me down this long and winding road) stars Peter Outerbridge, a fine actor (I'm guessing) whose IMDB credits includes sporty fare like Cool Runnings (bobsledding), Men With Brooms (curling!) and Chicks with Sticks (hockey, of course). More relevantly Outerbridge is also playing a doctor in the pilot for Fringe, which is cool because its all about weird science stuff, much like ReGenesis (see how I brought that back around?)
With the strike reportedly just about to wrap up (yay!), E! Online is reporting that Saturday Night Live will return on February 23 with host Ellen Page (that's the night before the Oscars, y'all). And The Futon Critic has a list of which shows are going back into production and how many episodes of your favourite shows you can expect to see in the near-ish future.
There's more news happening about David Letterman, but frankly, unless he talks about it on his show or someone gets fired and/or goes to jail, I'm tired of writing about it. In other news, someone decided that Juno should be a writer and Donald Trump has decided his true skills lie in matchmaking. At least it isn't hairstyling.
