Sad news for us and the other five people who willing spent three TV years with Jada Pinkett Smith: TNT has cancelled HarthoRNe. As much as we'll miss this embarrassingly addictive summer series, at least we won't have to write out that ridiculous "RN" in the title anymore.
As for pickups, Bravo has renewed Pregnant in Heels and Showtime is giving The Big C a third season. What, there wasn't enough pregnancy or cancer on Hawth-- no, we are seriously done with that title.
With Glee Season 3 just around the corner, Fox has unveiled promo photos. They're kinda lame, but still: Glee!
Speaking of Fox, Justin Long has just joined Zooey Deschanel comedy The New Girl for a three-episode story arc. Let's hope he isn't a moviekiller and a showkiller.
And finally, James Gandolfini is reuniting with HBO, developing Big Dead Place a drama based on Nicholas Johnson's memoir about his work in the U.S. Antarctic Program. Even better: Breaking Bad writer Peter Gould is currently set to write and executive produce the project. Now there's a nice way to start a long weekend.
